Sanctus were the first specialist of asbestos remediation in soils to be issued with an unconditional Licence to Undertake Work with Asbestos from the HSE.

Asbestos in Soil
Sanctus’ experience of ground risk management and Asbestos contaminated soil are second to none. Where suitable, our ability to manage, segregate and contain ACMs on-site has been a major contributor to the successful implementation of many construction projects.
Sanctus are the first specialist of asbestos remediation in soils to be issued with an unconditional Licence to Undertake Work with Asbestos from the HSE. Furthermore, Sanctus have been accredited with the ARCA (Asbestos Removal Contractors Association) Gold Training Award demonstrating our commitment to continued training and expert knowledge in asbestos management.
Restoration & Ground Engineering
Our knowledge and understanding of geological, hydrological and hydrogeological conditions is combined with our technical and risk management approaches to provide innovative and practical solutions to ground risk.
This service includes sub surface investigation, foundation, ground improvements, temporary and permanent structures, engineered infill, groundwater modelling and dewatering, deep excavations as well as geo-environmental assessments.
Ecology Surveys & Mitigation
Positively managing our environment is a core belief at Sanctus. Our skilled, considerate team can undertake a suite of wildlife surveys and provide consultancy on ecological land and watercourse management matters prior to any development works. Furthermore our ecological watching briefs support ecologically sensitive projects and can devise species mitigation plans. Wherever possible we provide nature-based solutions which are often cost-effective and less intrusive to the environment.
Additionally, we are specialists in conducting works in active river channels and water courses with robust protocols to manage non-native species on site.
Environmental Contracting
