The UVDB system is used by all major UK Utility organisations for any type of purchase ranging from individual contracts to framework agreements, worth several thousand to many millions of pounds in value. Established in 1996, UVDB is now recognised as the standard approach to supplier pre-qualification within the UK Utilities Sector.
